City workers discovered the creature when they were conducting a regular inspection for fissures and irregularities on a pipeline beneath Lockwood Boulevard.
The City of Oviedo mentioned that an alligator had previously been discovered inside the pipe some years ago, though they couldn’t confirm whether it was the same creature they referred to as simply “relaxing.”
Video shared by municipal authorities revealed the alligator lounging in a small pool of water prior to crawling deeper into the pipeline.
