When questioned about his NBA plans for the future, LeBron James responded with “I don’t know.”

Should he desire, there could be another prominent opportunity awaiting him.

Some people have been advocating on social media for James to run for President as a Democrat.

Recently released poll numbers indicate that James could garner backing.

Bowling Green State University in Ohio recently polled 800 voters regarding the legitimacy of a James campaign.

The results showed,

  • 37% rated James favorable
  • 32% were unfavorable
  • 31% had no opinion

The BGSU study indicates that one of Ohio’s U.S. Senators, Jon Husted, had approval ratings of 24% liked and 23% disliked prior to his election.

James, who is 40 years old and often referred to as the King, boasts tens of millions of followers across his social media platforms. In past elections, he has supported candidates such as Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and Kamala Harris.

It appears probable that James still has at least one, and perhaps even two, additional NBA seasons ahead of him.

Should he remain here over the next couple of years, there would be an opening to team up with his son Bryce James, set to start as a freshmen at Arizona; though after just one year there, Bryce will probably not be prepared for the NBA.

James has not hinted at any upcoming desire to enter politics personally, but if he were to pursue it, it would undoubtedly attract significant attention and evoke intense reactions.
