Mandy’s Gourmet Salads, a beloved salad bar hailing from Montreal, plans to launch its inaugural Ottawa outlet this June on Bank Street. This marks an extension of the dining franchise beyond its original urban base.
Established in 2004 by siblings Mandy and Rebecca Wolfe, Mandy’s started out as a modest salad stand situated at the rear of a ladies’ apparel shop.
The new branch opening in Ottawa will present a menu highlighting distinctive salads such as the “Wolfe Bowl” and “Smoked Meat Salad,” along with grain bowls, smoothies, and rotating seasonal dishes. Inside the eatery, you’ll find decor adorned with tropical-inspired art pieces and seating areas accented in shades of pink.
The site in Ottawa is scheduled to launch this summer at the intersection of Bank and Pretoria streets.
