“To be completely honest, I began watching it, yet it was so terrible that I couldn’t even finish it,” he stated. “They’re depleting their royal funds. They have to find a method to cover those expenses along with the necessary security.”
Although Rigsby might not be fond of the Duchess of Sussex, he definitely has an appreciation for British culture and tries to keep up with the royal family as much as possible.
“I remember

having a crush on

Prince William
“There was consistently this speculation that she could be involved with one of them, and I found that rather endearing,” he mentioned.
The cycling coach sees the royal family as a “genuine British daytime drama” and likes to grab “a bag of popcorn and watch[es] the spectacle play out.”
Apart from his interest in the Royals, Rigsby enjoys London and has visited the city multiple times via Peloton since joining the company in 2014. During one of these visits, he went to the U.K. to study the local fitness landscape and hire staff for the London studio.
He’s expanding his passion for London even more in a fresh series on the Peloton platform titled
“Tea Time with Cody,”
This blends a conventional spinning session with British amusement and instruction.

including tea ceremonies, etiquette when interacting with royalty, and social norms.
We’ve increased the fun element by turning it into a pre-recorded interview session. Here, as the uninformed American, I have the chance to discover aspects of British culture and gain insights on how I might adopt some British traits,” Rigsby stated. “The setup mirrors a typical exercise routine with an intense workout, followed by not just regular active recovery through music, but also additional entertainment.
Even after almost 11 years at Peloton, he shows no signs of stepping down.
“I get this feeling that people constantly ask me about my five-year plan. Perhaps I’m being overly optimistic for lacking one…” he remarked. “Obviously, everything has an end, yet I intend to stay as long as I choose to leave.”
In the meantime, the

hopes he can have the comedian

to the studio to record one of his tracks, knowing she admires him. When it comes to collaborating with instructors, he’s prepared to step up to the lectern next to one of his UK-based peers.
“It’s possible there might be something developing over there. You’ll just have to stay tuned,” he said with a tease.
