The U.S. Supreme Court has at times not issued adverse rulings against Donald Trump, but such decisions might come sooner rather than later, according to a legal expert who spoke on Sunday.

On Sunday, he was featured on MSNBC, during which he pointed out certain indications suggesting that the Supreme Court may be poised to curb Trump’s influence.

“The Supreme Court is clearly concerned also, if you look at the trajectory of their cases rejecting Donald Trump again and again on issues like immigration,” Eisen said. “He said he would be a dictator on day one. The essence of dictatorship is this kind of defying the constitution and laws, so it’s not only on the 14th amendment, but across the board.”
Eisen proceeded to outline a recent legal triumph he achieved over Trump.
On Friday, we found ourselves in court alongside a large coalition. The individual is unlawfully restructuring the whole federal government, which goes against constitutional principles, and the federal court concurred with us. We emerged victorious on Friday, securing a Temporary Restraining Order,” he stated further. “Trump’s actions are unchecked. The members of the Supreme Court aren’t merely calculators interpreting the Constitution; they’re individuals who possess personal biases. These justices observe an administration that acts recklessly and violates legal boundaries.
He ended with, “Therefore, that coloring also leads me to think they will keep him restrained.”
