were officially released from prison the evening of Wednesday, May 28, just one day after being pardoned by President Donald Trump.
He and his spouse, Julie, have been incarcerated since 2022 following their conviction for tax fraud.
The reality TV pair will return to their kids at home.

“Todd has been freed from jail and is heading back to Nashville,” stated Todd’s attorney.

In a statement, they said, “We are waiting for news about Julie Chrisley.”
The news emerged on the evening of Tuesday, May 27, regarding the Chrisleys’ pardon. Initially, Todd faced a sentence of 12 years in prison, whereas Julie was ordered to serve seven years. However, after spending only three years incarcerated, they were relieved from further serving their time.
President Trump directly contacted Savannah and Grayson, dedicated followers of him, to share the exclusive update.
“It’s an awful situation,” he remarked, “yet it’s also wonderful since your parents will finally be liberated and purified. I’m hoping we might accomplish this by tomorrow. Does that work for you? We’re aiming to get it finished tomorrow. Although I haven’t met them yet, please extend my greetings and best wishes to them. May they have a blessed future.”
The kids conveyed their thanks while fighting back tears.
“The treatment they received seems quite severe according to my understanding,” the politician went on. Grayson then informed Donald that he had watched his address and “it was the most exceptional presidential speech of [his] lifetime.”
