“Impaulsive”
Podcast: “It was insane. After we wrapped up, everyone was elated. That moment is etched in my memory forever. The following day, talking to my kids, remains equally unforgettable.”
“I felt as though I had been stabbed in the heart,” Brady stated.
Brady and Bündchen were married for 13 years until their divorce in October 2022, and together they have children named Benjamin, who is 15, and Vivian, who is 12.

He quipped, “Gisele issued an ultimatum. She said, ‘Retire from football or this marriage is over.’ Listen up: If you have the option to end up with a losing record of 8-9 but keeping your family means sacrificing everything else, then you know exactly what action to take.”
Brady said to Paul, “They look after their mother, father, and everyone else. If you care about yourself, you wouldn’t wish pain upon anyone; thus, seeing your parents or children suffer would be even more distressing.”
There are certain things as a parent where you make mistakes and only realize them later,” Brady stated. “They simply asked, ‘Why did you do that?’
Brady also
expressed similar regrets
shortly after the roast on the “Pivot Podcast.”
“You take an action believing it will turn out one way, but then suddenly you find yourself thinking, ‘I wouldn’t repeat this because of how much it impacted those I love most in my life,'” Brady shared with ex-NFL players Fred Taylor, Ryan Clark, and Channing Crowder back in May 2024.
I really enjoyed it when the jokes were directed at me. I found them very entertaining,” Brady stated. “However, I wasn’t happy with how it impacted my children.
He remarked, “This has been a valuable lesson for me as a parent. Moving forward, I will strive to be even more effective in my parenting due to this experience. Additionally, I am glad that everybody present enjoyed themselves greatly.”
Gisele Bündchen began dating her jujutsu teacher Joaquim Valente in June 2023. They had a baby boy together in February 2025. Since his separation, Brady has been seen out with several women, among them being a supermodel.
